Payment Methods
For your convenience the Querétaro Language School offers a variety of ways for you to pay us. To confirm your spot at the Queretaro Language School we require that you pay 10% of the costs at least 10 business days before your first day of class. The rest of the costs must be paid before the start of first class. Please note that no matter which payment method you choose, the Queretaro Language School will not add on any extra fees or charges. If you have any questions about a payment method, please feel free to contact us.
Credit Card
If choose like to make you payments via Credit Card, QLS will send you an electronic invoice once we receive your registration. By following the instructions in this email you will be able to pay us using your credit card. The secure payment service we use is PayPal. Please note that this service is free and you do not need to be a member of PayPal to pay your bill in this manner.
Check/Money Orders
We also accept payment via U.S. Checks and Money Orders. If you wish to pay in this manner please select on your registration form, and we will send you and email with the detailed information necessary to mail it to our bank in the U.S.
Wire Transfers
If you would like to Wire Transfer the money to us, please select this option on your registration form and we will email you detailed instruction on how to do this.
Cash/Travelers Checks
We are happy to accept Cash and Travelers Checks as payment once you arrive at the Queretaro Language School. We accept payments in U.S. Dollars, Euros and Pesos. For non-dollar payments, we will use the exchange rate of the day the payment is received. Please note, we do not recommend you use this manner of payment to make your 10% deposit. The Queretaro Language School will not be held responsible for any payments lost in the mailing process.
